We founded this company back in 2005 with the vision of providing free and quality support to the masses. Over the period of time we realized that this is something that the mainstream companies are not focusing on. There have been several freemium models in all segments of the industry and have been working successfully. This was our core concept to establish a brand that can assist individuals, freelancers, bloggers, small businesses and even corporations.

We have a dedicated staff of over 200 support professional who work round the clock with one purpose - providing free and quality support to everyone. We work on weekends, holidays and even Christmas and New Year’s Eve with utmost dedication. All of our resources are deployed in-house and we believe outsourcing resources to other firms can drastically affect quality and deliverability.

After our recent round of investment, we plan to expand our support potential even further by setting up offices in other major technological hubs across the globe. By expanding our presence, we are not just in the hunt for the best talent but we also want to engage in various technological sectors of IT industry.

Another segment which we are focusing on is the startup sector primarily because they require services like us the most. They have low funding, low resources and a high requirement for a reliable company that can provide cost effective or even better free support to their venture which will eventually fuel their growth.
